We will work out your request and will prepare for you a list of manufacturers with best prices and specify the dates of production.

SIGNING THE SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTRACT
At this stage, we are helping you to determine supplier and prices, our experts will help you to negotiate with the factory, discussing the conditions, specifying delivery time etc, after that our company signs a service agreement contract.

DISCUSSION OF CONTRACT TERM AND SIGNING A CONTRACT WITH MANUFACTURER
At this stage, we sign a contract with the manufacturer to purchase a product.

PREPAYMENT
You pay in advance before production, according to terms and conditions specified in contract with the manufacturer, usually prepayment is 30% or 50%.

INSPECTION OF CARGO BEFORE SHIPMENT
At the end of production time we will check the quality of goods and give you a detailed photo report, or we can arrange a visit to representatives of your company so they can make inspection of goods by themselves.

PAYMENT MAKING OF THE REMAINING AMOUNT TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR GOODS AND PAYMENT FOR OUR SERVICES
Before sending goods you pay the remaining amount to the manufacturer for the goods and pay us our services fee according to the signed contract for providing services.

SENDING GOODS
We send your goods to the nearest port with all the necessary documents for customs.

PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND RECEIVING YOUR GOODS AT SPECIFIED WAREHOUSE
Last Line – the payment of customs duties after that you receive cargo at specified warehouse.
